Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments.
He/She needs to have experience with several software development lifecycle processes and the ability to create and analyze UML artifacts.
The candidate needs to have experience with J2EE 1.2 (or later) platform and supporting technologies such as JSP, JNDI, JAXP, JMS, JDBC, and CMP. J2EE Development experience must include JSP, Servlets, and EJB. Must be experienced with WebServices and implementing Web Services in a J2EE container.
The candidate needs to have experience with Weblogic 8.1 (or later) or Websphere Application Server 6 (or later). Must also be experienced with open-source tools and toolkits such as Eclipse, Maven, Continuum, JUnit, Log4J, Struts, Castor, Axis, and Ant.
He/She needs to have experience in working with Relational Databases such as SQL Server or Oracle 10g.This Senior J2EE Developer will be responsible for the expansion of the Web Services provided by an existing system. Will also be responsible for applying updates as needed when existing entries are updated and troubleshoot and fix any reported defects
The candidate requires to use J2EE and web development technologies such as EJB, JSP, JDBC, JBoss, Eclipse, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, Hibernate, and Spring to develop a rich media authoring, manipulation, delivery, and hosting platform.
He/She needs to have J2EE experience building distributed web applications, using EJB's, JSP, and JDBC. We value the following technologies as follows:
