The successful candidate will have proven ability to interact with organizational leaders in a professional manner to instill confidence and trust; proven ability to independently initiate, organize and follow through with multiple program plans; prior management and supervisory experience in a complex, multi-faceted office; and a personal commitment to the Christian faith.
