We earned our excellent reputation through the hard work of our employees and special attention to who really matters: the customer. Branch Sales manager We are seeking a dependable, motivated and passionate individual who will lead and represent TKNW in accordance with our mission and vision. In this dynamic role, you will assist in the development of advertising/marketing strategies designed to attract new customers to the dealership and to achieve acceptable levels of sales and service market penetration. You will also be accountable for the assets of the dealership as you maintain and monitor internal controls and operating procedures. You will also be responsible for the fixed operations of the branch location. Responsibilities: ·         Develop and maintain relationships and alliances with manufacturers, industry associations, suppliers and vendors.·         Promote the goodwill of the company and serve in its best interest.·         Create a work environment that promotes teamwork and cooperation, where employees can prosper and be rewarded for their efforts.·         Prospect for new customers, create new business and profit opportunities for the dealership, and maintain a leadership position with respect to the use of technology in the dealership’s sales and marketing initiatives.·         Assure dealership compliance with wage and hour laws, employment laws, and all other government regulations relating to employment, compensation, safety, harassment and discrimination.·         Assist in the development of compensation plans that encourage performance, reward success and maximize dealership profits.·         Ensure that dealership personnel clearly understand and adhere to all policies and procedures.·         Coordinate with the executive team to develop annual business plans and expense budgets and to establish monthly sales and profit objectives.  ·         Conduct all affairs in a fashion conducive to achieving dealership financial goals and maximizing the return on investments.·         Establish and effectively communicate goals to all employees.·         Provide the direction, motivation and training necessary to ensure that our customers are consistently offered superior levels of service.·         Staff a dealership of individuals who are competent, trustworthy, adequately trained for their position and motivated to help the dealership achieve our goals and objectives.·         Assure that the dealership and our employees conduct their affairs in a manner conducive to good citizenship with the community and operate with the laws and regulations of all local, state, and federal jurisdictions.·         Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the President and Executive VP. Qualifications:·         Bachelor’s degree highly preferred ·         Corporate management and operations experience required ·         Sales/business development experience a plus·         Knowledge and exposure to trucking/transportation or a related industry highly preferred·         Strong computer skills and knowledge of Windows & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)·         Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills required to work effectively with corporate management, branch locations, and factory personnel·         Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to identify problems and solve diligently·         Unwavering personal integrity Benefits:We work to maintain the best possible environment, where our employees can learn and grow with the company.
